  • 4 x 200g Natures Fresh Rib Eye
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • seaweed salt*
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • *Also sold as kelp salt and available from health food stores and some supermarkets
method
  • Use a sharp knife to make shallow parallel incisions 2mm apart on both sides of the steaks. Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce and rub to coat thoroughly. Set aside for 1 hour.
  • Sprinkle with seaweed salt and extra virgin olive oil. Cook on a hot barbecue plate for 12 minutes, turning regularly, until medium. Rest for 2 minutes, then serve.
